Creating Collective Consciousness

‘Creating collective consciousness’ is an act of coming together of the teams to build a bridge towards a shared vision.

 

By allowing the team to experience mindful participation in strategic planning and execution for a common goal with an enthusiastic work environment, we enable them to constantly be in their element.

This collective consciousness helps the organization act as one unit where all the team members operate like elements of a sophisticated machine unfolding its grand design like a group of dominos.

It takes a lot of self-awareness, empathy, and conscious collaboration to bring this behavioral change among all levels of an organization and operate like one mind.

To ensure the longevity of the business strategy and bring in positive change in the DNA of the organization, we use Theory O – building organizational capability.

We focus on the following groups:

2. Leadership

3. Organization

Employee/team members:

​

We introduce people excellence programs that help them in overall growth – mental health, productivity, and building positive relationships at work.

 

This is done through a series of learning labs and workshops that focus on:

  • Compassion

  • Communication

  • Collaboration

  • Creativity

  • Critical Thinking

​

We use immersive meditative experiences, team-based and individual exercises, team-led initiatives etc. to help them evolve from the inside out.

Leadership:

​

We develop the culture of ‘servant leadership’ by enabling the leaders to become more mindful of the needs of their team and support them with resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to become valuable for the organization.

 

This model bridges the gap between the team’s understanding of the business goals and the organization’s efforts to help team members grow through their work.

​

We do this through various initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Learning labs on empathetic leadership

  • Situational leadership frameworks

  • Co-creating unique initiatives that suit the needs of their teams

  • Expectation management within the team through the MECE framework

  • Training and access to tools such as CVF, golden circles, expectation models etc.

Organization:

This part is where we create organizational alignment by co-creating a dream state with the decision-makers.

 

The leadership comes together for an art-of-the-possible workshop of 1-3 days (depending upon the complexity of the organization) and develops a roadmap for the next 3 years with ambitious targets and actions.

 

These actions are then broken down into tasks, initiatives, and programs, and shared with the larger team through various communication plans (town halls, 1:1s, KPI portals, etc.). 

Once the team aligns with the freshly crafted dream state, they start taking ownership and are included in the quarterly checks.
