Organizational Alignment
Organizational alignment refers to the coherence and consistency between different elements of an organization, such as its mission, vision, goals, strategies, structures, processes, and culture.
We specialize in conducting organizational alignment summits that focus on enterprise road mapping for their 3-5 year vision using Appreciative Inquiry.
The leadership comes together for an art-of-the-possible workshop of 1-3 days (depending upon the complexity of the organization) and develops a roadmap for the next 3 years with ambitious targets and actions.
These actions are then broken down into tasks, initiatives, and programs, and shared with the larger team through various communication plans (town halls, 1:1s, KPI portals, etc.).
Once the team aligns with the freshly crafted dream state, they start taking ownership and are included in the quarterly checks.

​
In this phase, we encourage the team to think without constraints and share the dreams that they have for the organization.

Design Phase
​
This is where we break down the dreams into actionable items and initiatives, and then align them into the short, term, and mid-term goals.
These goals are clearly defined and converted into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) format.
Deliver Phase
​
A comprehensive enterprise roadmap is developed during this phase where we sequence the action items and devise a communication plan for the same.
We draft the key outcomes expected out of each action item with an ownership map.
