Integrating kindness within the culture

It takes one small step and a positive intention to be kind to someone.

It could be opening the door for someone, offering a seat, letting someone in need skip your turn in a queue, or just a warm smile.

And do you know how your one act of kindness results in a big ripple of change?

When you offer kindness to someone, it helps you release serotonin that makes you happier.

And the person you helped feels the need to “pay it forward” and further goes on to spread kindness to others. And the cycle continues making a huge ripple of positivity originating from you and spreading around you.

We help organizations develop kindness in their DNA by acknowledging, encouraging, and amplifying their acts of kindness.

How do we do that?

We have divided these acts into three categories:

Kindness for Planet

From switching to metal straws to neutralizing the carbon footprint of your entire enterprise, every action we take for sustainability makes us kinder for the planet

Kindness for People

Let's say hello to a random stranger today or let's make our organization more inclusive by making our decision-making table more diverse

Kindness for Self

From making a cup of coffee for yourself in the morning to setting healthy boundaries with your personal and professional circles counts as kindness for self

We have developed an ecosystem that strengthens a culture of kindness within the organization:

  • Team-wide workshops and learning labs on compassion

  • Kindness calendar that helps employees record their acts of kindness

  • Storytelling tool where employees can share their kindness stories with others (including anonymous stories)

  • Kindness toolkit that helps employees identify the acts of kindness which generally go unacknowledged

  • Kindness calculator that helps teams track the kindness acts on a daily basis across the organization

  • Kindness dashboard that highlights the acts recorded by the teams

How does this help the organization?

1. Employee engagement

2. Increase in collaboration and teamwork

3. Improvement in productivity and organization's overall success

Our lives are not our own.

From womb to tomb,

we are bound to others' past and present.

And by each crime and every kindness,

we birth our future.
